Returns & Refund policy
At Dog and Cat Stuff, we want you (and your pets!) to be happy with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our policy below.
Returns
Eligibility:
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Due to health and safety regulations, supplements and opened consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Condition of Returns:
Items must be in their original condition, with all tags, seals, and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on used or partially consumed products.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
